Current Kawai grand families
GL Series
Compact and domestic grands ranging from the GL-10 through GL-20, GL-30 and GL-50. These models are practical starting points when room size is a primary constraint.
GX Series

Compact versus larger grands
A compact grand may fit the room and budget, but very short bass strings and reduced soundboard area affect tonal depth. Larger grands generally provide longer keys, more controlled touch and greater bass and tenor development.

AURES and AnyTime hybrid grands
Kawai’s UK range lists selected GL and GX models with acoustic muting and digital technology. AnyTime versions allow headphone practice while retaining the acoustic grand action. AURES versions add soundboard-speaker technology and further digital functions.
