The more complete the information, the more useful our first response can be. A valuation remains subject to inspection and access.

Include maker, model, serial number, location and photographs of the cabinet and interior.

We consider age, size, condition, current demand, access and likely preparation costs.

Where suitable, we explain purchase or consignment. Otherwise we offer practical guidance.

  • Full front and side views
  • Maker name and model marking
  • Serial number and interior
  • Keyboard, pedals and visible damage

Location and access

  • Postcode and collection floor
  • Stairs, narrow turns or restricted parking
  • Whether the piano is upright or grand
  • Any known tuning or repair history
